1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using NewsPenny, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the app.

2. Points & Rewards System

  • Points are awarded for valid reading time (≥10 seconds) and watching ads.
  • Automated scripts, bots, or any form of cheating will result in immediate account termination.
  • The daily limit for reading points is 530 points.
  • Points have no real-world value until properly exchanged through our withdrawal system.

3. Withdrawals

  • The minimum withdrawal amount is $1 USD (10,000 points).
  • Exchange Rate: 10,000 Points = $1 USD.
  • We process withdrawals via PayPal.
  • We reserve the right to verify your identity and activity before approving any withdrawal.
  • Withdrawal processing may take up to 7 business days.

4. User Conduct

You agree NOT to:

  • Use multiple accounts on the same device
  • Use VPNs or Proxies to spoof your location for ads
  • Exploit any bugs or glitches for unauthorized points
  • Use automated tools, scripts, or bots to interact with the app
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer or modify the application

5. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if:

  • You violate any of these Terms of Service
  • Suspicious or fraudulent activity is detected
  • You attempt to abuse the rewards system

Upon termination, all accumulated points will be forfeited.

6. Intellectual Property

News articles displayed in the app are sourced from third-party publishers. NewsPenny does not claim ownership of any news content. All trademarks, logos, and service marks displayed belong to their respective owners.

7. Disclaimer

NewsPenny is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, ad availability, or specific earning amounts. Reward rates and daily limits may change without prior notice.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
